This involved helping to oversee our $4.5 million dollar annual CIP budget.• Act as SME in evaluating training of employees attaining new skill block levels.• I developed a schedule for the plant using MS Excel, which keeps track of operations, maintenance, and training hours. This assists Supervision in tracking time and Planners in setting up weekly schedules based upon available hours. • I also developed a system using MS Excel and an Oracle database, for Operations and Process Control that graphs process variable for troubleshooting plant problems.
