The design and rollout of processes to enable much tighter control on ownership and access to unstructured data held on Network Shared Drives and MS SharePoint sites. For both LTSB and HBOS heritages, from a user base of 60,000. Again this required the production of high quality comms materials, and procedural documentation.A programme to impose tight controls on internal user accounts, this was rolled out over 60,000 accounts, and required daily liaison with user representatives and IT staff. As well as monitoring the programme, processes had to cater for rollback, where access permissions had unanticipated effects on devices attached to the accounts. -
