Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

As a member of the 3rd shift merchandising team, I was responsible for ensuring product was moved from the receiving area to the proper location in the store. This included: Operating a forklift to transport merchandise to the appropriate departments. Frequent use of a pallet jack to move within the department. Constant transfer of merchandise from the pallet to the shelf for display. Worked with management on special projects once merchandise was stocked and department was cleaned and ready for store operating hours.While holding this position I used organizational skills to improve the use of overhead space for overstocked items. I used time management and motivation to improve the efficiency of the team.
