After over 30 years in the commercial property sector, formerly as CEO of the Capital Markets team at C&W and Client Care Executive Director at CBRE, I have significant experience across all sectors of the UK property market.In particular, I have extensive experience in, and knowledge of, the retail sector which led me to originally establish Dunluce Property in 2015 as an independent consultancy providing both strategic and asset specific advice to property investors. The current plight of the retail world has encouraged me to focus all my time back into Dunluce offering advice to both existing landlords and potential investors.I have active roles in the industry as a trustee of LandAid, Chairman of The Property Race Day and as a regular contributor to the media.
