David Escudero has more than 20 years of professional experience, 15 of them as senior executive manager (CEO, COO and EVP Business Development) and entrepreneur, in the leisure and hospitality business (resorts and campings). David has lead the entrance of the company into new markets and new business sectors, with a wide international experience (Europe, US, Middle East, Latin America and Asia). David has lead:- The company entering into new markets (US, UK, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Dubai or Vietnam) or new business (hospitality).- The management of more than 30 resorts and leisure theme parks in Europe, Asia and Middle East, with revenues exceeding €300M and EBITDA exceeding a €100M.- The viability study, design, conceptualisation, construction and/or opening to public of more than 10 resorts and leisure theme parks in Europe, Asia and Middle East. - The acquisition of close to 40 resorts and leisure theme parks in Europe and US with and enterprise value above €1000M.David was the cofounder and CEO of Ohai Resorts (a leading outdoor resorts/camping group in Spain and Portugal). Prior to that, he was EMEA COO and EVP Business Development of Parques Reunidos Group (one of the 10 largest leisure groups worlwide at that time). He started his professional career as a M&A/corporate lawyer at Uría Menéndez law firm and Simpson Thatcher law firm.David holds a LL.B and a B.Sc. in Economics and Management, ICADE E-3, with an Executive Management Program (PDD) at IESE business school and a Digital Business Executive Program (DiBex) at ISDI.
