I provide a high level of customer service which includes taking orders, serving customers and managing the restaurants bar. I work mostly in Chianti’s private function rooms. I have developed a deep understanding of the Australian food and wine industry.

• I manage a team of 22 people which includes scheduling, delegating work, promoting staff, firing and hiring and training staff. I also observe and observe worker performance to ensure that company rules and procedures are being followed.• I ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations• I manage the finances and operations including developing systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs. I also mange inventory, the stock control and I communicate with our suppliers.• I ensure quality control, maintain overall restaurant hygiene and communicate with customers about how to improve customer experience

• In this role, I was responsible for managing our client’s research projects. Our clients were mostly within the health care industry.• My role was to ensure our client’s projects were successful and within budgets and delivered in a timely manner. • My role included monitoring progress, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing budgets and resource planning. • I performed in depth interviews and provided qualitative analysis of results. • I also prepared and managed reports and client briefs. • One successful research study that I managed was the trial of a new multiple sclerosis’s medication. I developed the project plan, managed the stakeholders involved, engaged with participants, performed in depth research and performed interviews within the medical profession. I successfully delivered a detailed report based on the results of the study.

• In this role, I provided general support and customer service as well as being actively involved with our clients research projects. Our clients included groups from the food and beverage, motor vehicle and information technology and communication industries. • I was involved in Ford Focus’ car clinics (head to head contests). The study involved quantitive and qualitative data collection. I performed face to face interviews of participants involved in the assessment of motor vehicles. • I undertook traditional and CATI telephone interviews. • I provided administrative and project support during the performance of shelf testing for and beverage brands. • I also participated in the evaluation components of projects by undertaking interviews and analysis of quantitive research.
