strong communication skills obtained from working in customer service, restaurant management, and banking, have allowed me to gain the ability to effectively communicate and interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Born and raised in a small boarder town has also influenced greatly with helping me understand and gain skills on building strong relationships and facilitating smooth collaborations. Working for many companies and different roles, to now owning my own business, I have learned that my ability to adapt to different styles and business practices, having flexibility to change work schedules, while maintaining passion in my role has been mostly admired. I am motivated and love to showcase my strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities in any roll given to me, weather it is implementing innovative strategies to overcoming obstacles that i may face on a day to day challenge, improving the processes to help me become more efficient alone, or as a team. Bilingual in both spanish, and english, has also helped me gain experience woking in more diverse settings such as my current job in construction industry.
