Over 30 years of experience with wide range of commercial real estate organizations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Worked with institutional investor/developer, private developers, consulting firms and a non-profit,community development fund.Established $25 million, transit oriented development, revolving commercial loan fund for non-profit,community based organization, in southeast Seattle, Washington. The loan fund was initially capitalized with federal Community Development Block Grant Funds as part of $50 million commitment to the community for compensation of the impacts of at-grade light rail construction in the Rainier Valley. Initial investments included affordable housing and non-profit commercial properties within the restircted investment area.Additional experience included extensive project management for office and mixed-use development in Houston, Texas, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Provided due dillgence and bulk sale support for non-performing commercial loan portfolios on behalf of the RTC. Additional experience included surety consulting and construction/dispute resolution work for consulting firm. Began carreer with major financial institution in its commercial real estate department developing underwriting, appraisal, lending/ sales/ acquisition techniques, and portfolio analysis for office, hotel, retail and industrial portfolios in the southwest portion of the US.
