Designed, researched, and wrote two separate theses for chemistry and history over the period of senior year for the degree fulfillment of the Bachelor of Science at Washington College. My chemistry thesis continued my summer research and characterized an unknown active compound with shown antibiotic activity against Paenibacillus Larvae using liquid-liquid partitions, liquid chromatography techniques, and mass spectrometry data analysis. My history thesis was an analysis of the early Safavid empire, and argued the formation of the early state emerged from tribal politics characteristic of early 16th century Iran with religion as their cohesive basis from the Safaviyya religious order. Both theses were presented in separate poster sessions and approved by faculty.

Trained to operate the Chemistry lab equipment and prepare materials for Chemistry labs each week at a professional level. Operate analytical equipment at high level to provide advanced results for the introductory Chemistry lab students in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry, and synthesize organic and non-organic solutions for use in lab spaces on weekly basis.

Certified to tutor and course mentor all 100 and 200 level Chemistry courses and all General Biology courses offered at a professional level. Tutor students and hold whole-class sessions weekly to practice course material designed by myself to prepare for the class.

Worked as an individual researcher with Dr. Daniel May as a student researcher under the Toll Summer Scholars program. Designed and performed natural products research to discover effective antibiotics against honeybee disease American Foulbrood.

Directed, managed, and participated in the Typesetting, Cleaning, Redrawing, Scanning, Quality Control, and then official publishing of Japanese manga into English translations in multiple online groups, publishing the top viewed series at a professional level and held to a high standard of excellence. Advanced to head typesetter and senior advisor as most experienced; gained experience directing small businesses as vice lead to manage the publishing, hiring, and leadership responsibilities in multiple small businesses.
