David is CEO of Finchale, an independent charity providing specialist individual placement and support services for people with health, mental health and disability-related barriers and with additional complex and multiple barriers to independence. We provide health and mental health nursing, psychological health support, support for housing, alcohol/drug misuse, offending behaviour, debt, personal and social skills , engagement with employers and overall end-to-end case-managed specialist progression to economic and social inclusion. Finchale is located in Durham but the majority of our work is in the community throughout the North East and West Yorkshire.
