My primary job was helping clients around POS devices.Everyday I was in contact with banks by email and phone, they gave me instructions about things that they want from my collegues and me, and my job was to orient my collegues in that way.Generally, my job was to cooperate with POS device users to solve technical and other problems and to banks regarding new procedures and solving problems that appeared on 30,000 POS devices deployed all over Croatia.
