• Assume overall control of the property & ensure that the hotel operation & its security runs smoothly & efficientlyovernight.
• Duty Management of tasks and other Night staff overnight.
• Ensuring that all guests receive top-class customer service when delivering room service or attending 24 hour residentsbar.
• Correct operation of Opera and any other hotel PMS.
• Running Night Audit efficiently and always on-time.
• Contributing to the Hotel's overall sales targets by pushing sales of sponsored cosmetic products, and motivating Nightteam with advice on the same task.

• Ensuring all customers have a great experience of the hostel through my customer service skills.
• Keeping a high standard and high level of performance at work.
• Ensuring the hostel is secure and has no undesirable guests by taking security walks throughout the floors and checkingvouchers upon entry.
