My working background has mostly been focused on a customer facing role. I strive to provide a positive experience with those I interact with, whether they are fellow colleagues or the general public. I work well on my own and as part of a team, and often try to be encouraging to those around me. I always work to push myself and those around me forward to achieve our goals.As a chef it was always my goal to produce the most high quality and delicious dishes for my couvers to enjoy. I was always responsible for pre service prep, organising paperwork and ensuring the work space was safe for those around to work in.In my role as a landscape gardener, though a shorter part of my career, it was certainly one of the roles I enjoyed the most. The sheer physical workload was incredible and it was always my responsibility to support my colleagues in providing them with the necessary tools and resources they needed.With my role at Aldi it opened my eyes into the ever-demanding world of retail and store management. Now into my fourth year with the company I can safely say I have grown as a person and become far more confident in myself as a worker, particularly when it comes to managing people and the day to day running of a supermarket. Aldi and its dedicated employees certainly have provided me with the tools I need to develop as a hard & efficient workers in my career.
