My role within the company includes advising OGL’s customers about our range of IT support and solutions through account management. I am part of a dedicated team of Account Managers and Administrators who look after our existing customer base. We are primarily focused on enhancing our customers’ experiences with OGL, and developing the support and solutions provision that they receive. Our team is the primary contact for OGL’s customers and we are all dedicated to understanding their needs, gained through listening and taking a consultative approach.
