Currently assisting Suncorp with the sale & IT Transition of the Suncorp bank business to ANZ. Another large complex IT transition program. Focus area for me this time is the marketing stack e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, 360 +new integration to several partner companies providing various marketing and voice of customer services. This is the 3rd large M&A project for me at Suncorp...I certainly feel like I'm making a career out of merger and acquisition work :-)

A well deserved 6 month trip with my son through the UK, Europe, Middle East and the USA...now back to reality!

(MA) Merger and Acquisition Project at Suncorp. Worked as part of a small dedicated team to transition Suncorps Wealth Business' systems to the purchasing company (BrighterSuper). This involved the transition of ~150 applications from the Suncorp enterprise environment, removal of integration from all Suncorp systems, separation of data and a plethora of technical challenges in a large scale complex environment.

(MA) Merger and Acquisition Project at Suncorp. Worked as part of a small dedicated team to transition Suncorps Life Business' systems to the purchasing company (TAL). This involved the transition of ~180 applications from the Suncorp enterprise environment, removal of integration from all Suncorp systems, separation of data and a plethora of technical challenges in a large scale complex environment.

Another stint at ANZ. Architecture and integration to legacy systems for ANZs new STP system for Loan fulfillment. Detailed design and integration into complex legacy systems for both private and commercial loans.

High Level architecture and impact assessment for a new Claims Management system. Architecture for replacement of existing legacy document generation system and processes. Design and build of Financial Markets Authority (FMA) reporting solution including data integration and transformation from multiple systems and other data sources automated interface to Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) for reporting data upload.

Short Contract to deliver phase 2 of the previous work i had been engaged with in ANZ - SAP Real Time Offer Management marketing solution. Successful delivery in a very short timeframe.

The Field Readiness Programme was a set of Process Re-engineering projects that was grouped into logical areas known as ‘packages’. The goal of Field Readiness was to simplify, streamline and standardize the GAS FEPCM Process across the GLNG business. As the lead Solution Architect I was responsible for designing the System integration. We delivered the first phase before the project was stopped due to oil price crash in 2014

Migration of Sales Delivery Platform from offsite to Onsite. Architecture and design for multi Channel marketing SAP Real Time Offer Management (RTOM) engine and integration into Website, Mobile App and Contact Centre

Architecture and Analysis for State Insurance eBusiness. Also architecture and design for Document management, ASB Bank Integration (Intermediated partner), AON Integration (Intermediated partner), Claims Management, AMI Acquisition.

Team leader integration services. Transitioned to Solution Architect after approx 2 year's. Many Project's completed at Telecom NZ (Now Spark) including Usage Alerts, Yahoo/Telecom Integration, Retail Separation (due to NZ Governments regulation to separate the business), 4PL Order management and integration to Brightstar, Chorus Front End Equivalence and a plethora of others.

Software design and development, release and testing of a large number of project across 12 years at ECONZ. Including:• Telecom Advanced Solutions (TAS) “SERVICE+” Dispatch application;• NRMA ( New South Wales, Australia, “Emergency Breakdown Service” system);• Americas Cup communications report for Virtual Spectator NZ;• Transit New Zealand Motorway Phone system;• Transit New Zealand Barrier Vehicle location system;• Telecom NZ CDMA Network testing and evaluation;• Communications modules for the ECONZ eService platform;• Orix NZ truck tracking system (Fleet tracking system);• Telecom New Zealand Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform, with three applications;o Work Management System;o Payphone Card System; o National Test System.
