Having spent over 30 years providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and business owners/ managers both locally and nationally on all aspects of their business I now also hold the position of Managing Partner of Enoch Evans LLP one of the leading Solicitors Practices in the West Midlands.As a Corporate Lawyer my areas of expertise include advising Buyers and Sellers of companies and businesses on how to achieve the maximum benefit from transactions with the minimum of risk; assisting with complex commercial contracts in various industrial sectors as well as advising business owners on shareholder’s agreements, corporate governance, restructuring, terms of business and partnership agreements.
