As part of the UFCW Health and Welfare Fund team since 2015, my journey evolved from Network Technician to System Administrator, leveraging my Associate's degree in Computer Technology from Kent State University. Expertise in data analysis and oral communication has been pivotal in managing end users, endpointprotection,system maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements.With over six and a half years dedicated to enhancing our IT infrastructure, our collaborative efforts have ensured robust and efficient operations.
