CurrentDavid joined Robert Sharpe’s development company in February 2006 as Director of Construction for the Rancho Sahuarita Management Company. David’s primary responsibility at Rancho Sahuarita, a 3,000-acre master-planned community, is to aid in the development and management of the community. Rancho Sahuarita is zoned for over 11,000 residential units and 300 acres of town center, commercial and industrial uses. Currently there are 5,500 completed homes, with an additional 120 units projected by the end of 2015.David also serves as President and the “Qualifying Party” of the Rancho Sahuarita Construction Company, a sister commercial construction company that is the chosen vehicle for constructing and delivering additional HOA and developer amenities, as well as commercial projects within Rancho Sahuarita. Further holding state licensing with the ADRE as the Designated Broker for Pier Built Consulting LLC, and state licensing for a KB-1 General Contracting Status named Built Pathways LLC. Additionally, the “Qualifying Party”While overseeing the developmental construction companies, David manages deal prospects, accounting, operations, marketing, and client retention. David also oversees the daily operations of the HOA’s as Executive Community Manager.David’s resume of recently completed local projects includes Copper View Elementary, Sahuarita Public Schools Aquatics Center, both Rural/Metro fire stations, The Armed Forces Tribute, to name a few.
