In 2018, the Bank’s Board promoted him to President of Risk Management, and in 2020, to President of the Bank. The Company’s Board promoted him to President of the Company in 2013, and he was elected to the Company’s Board in 2016 and the Bank’s Board in 2018.Mr. Evinger holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Marymount University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers (VBA) School of Bank Management. He serves as the Chairman of the VBA Lending Executives Committee and on the Advisory Board of the College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology at Marymount University. Since 2015, Mr. Evinger has been a faculty member at the Carolinas-Virginia Commercial Lending School of the Risk Management Association (RMA). Mr. Evinger’s banking and credit risk management experience, as well as his experience as a director of the Company and the Bank, qualify him to serve on our Board of Directors.
