• Trademark Counseling/Portfolio Management: Advise clients through the entire brand lifecycle, providing counsel on trademark selection, clearance, prosecution, and post-registration maintenance. Secure rights.
• Enforcement/Monitoring: Identify and resolve instances of trademark/copyright infringement via demand letters, DMCA notices, and opposition and cancellation proceedings, with significant experience enforcing rights in.
• M&A Due Diligence: Analyze intellectual property portfolios of target companies, identifying potential risks and liabilities, and reviewing indemnification provisions and disclosure schedules. Respond to due diligence.
• Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and negotiate a wide variety of intellectual property and commercial agreements, including NDAs, material transfer agreements, licensing and distribution agreements.
• Litigation Support: Conduct legal research and advise on trademark and copyright issues in litigation. Prepare substantive motions, position papers, and discovery responses/requests.

• Prosecute and defend UDRP actions before the National Arbitration Forum and WIPO. Negotiate transfer of infringing domain names. Manage portfolio of acquired domain names.
• Manage opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB and abroad.
