• To provide breakdown support and planned maintenance of all plant and equipment with special regard to safety, quality control and performance.• In conjunction with operations staff, maximize all plant and equipment output to achieve agreed targets and costs.• To assist in the cross training of other engineering team members and production staff.• To ensure that all company legislative requirements are adhered to, and equipment is maintained to the required safety standards• To take an active role in the promotion, implementation and development of the company’s total quality, 5S processes , and to apply a total quality approach throughout the full range of my responsibilities
