Main results:• Developed an Excel model capable of modelling decarbonisation pathways for a large German MNE, who wishes to reach net zero emissions from their logistics. Project involved analyzing large datasets (3.2m rows over 120+ variables) using SQL and R, and then translating it into an easy-to-use Excel tool, wherein the users (18 different geographies) could model the effect of 15+ different abatement measures for decarbonisation. The identified pathways could deliver up to 240,000 tonnes of CO2e reductions, the equivalent of roughly 50,000 Danish citizens' yearly usage. • Quality manager for C40 Bloomberg Awards, scoring ~50 city applications for different climate categories, such as air quality, climate movements, and climate resilience. Project involved assessing the innovativeness and replicability of the projects to spur city-level climate action. Assessments were verified with C40 experts to supplement quantitative scoring with qualitative insights. • Planned and facilitated an ESG workshop for philanthropic foundations as part of Nordic Foundationg Conference 2022. • Assessed the role of circular economy in +50 city-level climate action plans for a large CE foundation.

NewForesight is a strategy consulting firm that drives the transition to a sustainable economy, specialising in sustainable market transitions, particularly in international agri-business value chains. Main results: • Project manager for nine Fair Pricing studies across eight countries commissioned by a large international cosmetic company. I manage the day-to-day communication and stakeholder engagements and execute a large amount of the consultancy work. This includes the design of data collection materials, supervision of field data collection, data cleaning and analyses in Excel, and the development of reports and other deliverables, primarily in PPT and Word. • Lead researcher on baseline impact evaluation for IDH and Neumann Kaffee Gruppe (NKG), establishing the baseline for supply chains in four African and Latin American countries, measuring performance across 30 KPIs related to farm performance, household income, social indicators (education, food security, etc.), environmental sustainability. Study based upon raw data collected for 2,000 farmers. Data analyzed using RStudio and the Tidyverse package. • Assisted in creating a sourcing & sustainability strategy for a large UK tea company, linking the sourcing and sustainability departments together. My responsibilities concerned assessing current sourcing volumes, sustainability spending, and in creating a KPI framework for monitoring future developments within the company.
