Community Services Coordinator
CurrentMy current role is to coordinate a team of Community Services Officers to deliver youth, adult, early years, children and family learning responses and offers within the community, responsibility also extends to managing Community Centres and Libraries within the North West of Glasgow - my role can be summarised as follows:Lead and co-ordinate learning programmes and activities that develop the capacity of individuals/groupsDeveloping programme content to meet local needs.Develop and motivate a team of staff, ensure staff are adequately trained to deliver programmes/activity and deliver training.Contribute to the planning and allocation of resources and delegated budgets, including monitoring and evaluating of grants.Ensure that projects are delivered to specification, on time and within budget, including securing funding.Management of premises operated by Glasgow Life.
