About David Fairhurst

.Experienced transaction advisory partner who has worked with some of the largest oil and gas companies globally. I have led as the engagement partner on some of the most complex transformational projects across the globe - including advising on the worlds largest IPO readiness and execution and some of the most complex carve outs from IOCs.I have also for 5 years led the UK&I and EMEIA Transaction Diligence practice at EY - the UK&I practice nearly doubled their revenues in that time and retained its high level of profitability - but am most proud of the transformation of changing our culture and significantly increasing diversity at all levels - its a fantastic team and I feel very privileged to have led it.
