As a Nurse Practitioner with BASS Medical Group, I serve a diverse and complex population. With over 12 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a Physician Assistant, I have developed strong competencies in geriatrics, chronic care management, and patient safety.With the help of the Great Physician, my occupational mission is to provide patient-centered and holistic care that improves the quality of life and health outcomes for our members. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, hospitalists, primary care physicians, dietitians, and social workers to deliver integrated and coordinated care across the continuum. I also mentor and support the clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and resources to provide excellent care. I am passionate about advancing the field of nursing and health care through continuous learning, leadership, and innovation.
