I am a Pharmacist and store leader at Boots UK with a proven track record in the community pharmacy sector.Since graduating with a Masters degree in Pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde, I have worked in a variety of roles providing pharmaceutical services to the highest professional standards, whilst working closely with patients to optimise the use of their medication.I am currently responsible for the effective running of a busy pharmacy with major retail offering, championing everybody's right to look and feel good.I enjoy the implementation and management of slick operations as I believe this translates into a resilient and relevant business, with a strong focus on both profit and loss prevention. I relish the everyday challenge of leading, coaching and developing a varied team as we work together to deliver and exceed several KPIs.
