I have been a skills trainer and facilitator since 1987. As a skills trainer, I have experience of running programmes at all levels from sixth-form students to CEO. I have designed and run individual courses and complete programmes in skills development. I have experience of organising and running courses which are delegate focused (6-10 delegates) as well as large training events (over 200 delegates). I have also developed my own portfolio of skills development exercises. As a facilitator, I have been trained in the Thinking Environment, a person-centred model. I have experience of facilitating groups in the commercial and public sectors. I also have experience of running large group facilitation (over 200 delegates).
