CurrentResponsible for monitoring the daily coordination of the Quality Control function of the Bank’s mortgage filesResponsible for verifying that all mortgage loan files are completed correctly and that all regulatory requirements are metEnsures that Bank policies and procedures are followedResponsible for preparing HMDA and other regulatory reports Conducts loan file reviews, manages the pipeline, analyzes reports and monitors procedures to confirm that the staff of 15 to 20 mortgage bankers are following policies and procedures related to mortgage lendingAssists the Compliance Department in the development and management of the Mortgage Lending Quality Control Policy and PracticeAssists the Bank in compliance with state and federal laws such as HMDA, RESPA, ECOA and othersEnsures that the Bank policies and procedures regarding mortgage lending are followed Is involved in the process of implementing any new or revised procedures that pertain to the mortgage operationKeeps current on mortgage lending laws, policies and procedures
