Performed all accounting functions; including general ledger entries, annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, tenant escalations, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for a diversified portfolio of third party managed retail and multi-family residential real estate.

Oversaw warehouse operations and inventory and managed a distribution team and dispatch duties. Other responsibilities included customer service, draught line service, specialty product delivery and brewery assistance.
