During this period I developed strategic thinking and brand management, focusing on customer service.During the 13 years that I was in charge of the school, I moved the headquarters, expanded the portfolio of students as well as partner companies - Lojas Mesbla S/A, Lojas Americanas, C&A and Fundação COPEL.In 2001, in search of new challenges, I made a career transition and, consequently, sold the school that continues to serve the community.
