Got of the US Air Force in February 1970. Needed a job was hired by Clinton Laundry & Cleaners as a retail route person. Picking up and deliverying retail laundry and dry cleaning. Later was promted to a rental route. I was there for a year and was offered a route supervisor position. In a year I was put in as production manger. In 1982 the owner offered to sell it to me. I decided to take in a partner, Steve England who was high in sales. Nine years later he was paid off. In 2008 I bought Steve out for a 5 year pay out. In 1982 the company was doing about $800,000. Last year 2012 we were over 5 millon.The best thing in my life was meeting my now wife of 47 years. We full 4 wonderful children 3 daughters and 1 son. Three of them are active in the business every day.
