I work with businesses, including commercial lenders, across the United States who are concerned with litigation or with problems created by bad actors who commit fraud or fail to pay their loans. I also help businesses whose rights are impacted by bankruptcy filings. My focus is helping clients who are under pressure to solve these problems quickly, efficiently, and without receiving unexpectedly high legal bills. My team also helps commercial lenders, including CMBS originators and mezzanine lenders, to negotiate and document loans nationwide.
