Alerting to avoid accidents and always use its safety equipment. Take care to have all trailers closed according to CT-PAT and OEA. Responsible for having in order and well maintained its docks, racks, carts and mobile equipment.

Oversee materials are received, stored and delivered to its point of use in the production line in accordance with established procedures Prevent shortages through a kanban analysis process as well as cyclic counts and sumaries resolving discrepancies and by ensuring inventory adjustments Assure feeding the production line with the material needed on time in order to avoid down time. Responsible of unloading and receiving JIT materials directly from the docks, following the sequence of the production schedule. Assure unloading productive material following a FIFO process to avoid detention costs. Conduct 5´s audits, Docks status audits, LPA´s audits Submit complete and accurate PRT reports identifying root cause and corrective actions needed for all safety related incidents. Schedule staff and maintain attendance records in KRONOS. Select, place, and train staff and define specific job assignments, oversees staff cross-training initiatives and take disciplinary action when appropriate. Oversee care and maintenance of forklifts, tuggers and taylors.
