Director Of Change Management And Performance Engineering
CurrentI lead and inspire teams of 10 change management professionals, 3 performance engineers, and various developers in driving Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and Engineering functions across a multibillion-dollar company.Within this role, I set quarterly goals to support and achieve business OKRs through sprints and collaborative efforts with staff across the Technology department. I initiate training for development teams to learn new skills and understand new DevOps best practices built into pipelines. I also create and monitor performance tests using Jmeter and Loadrunner to analyze baselines and effectiveness of system changes.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:✔️ Expanded deployments while lowering incidents caused by change after migrating hundreds of builds to Jenkins continuous integration (CI) pipelines and removing obstacles in software development life cycle.✔️ Promoted security, compliance (SOX, PCI), and rapid resolution of development issues across release cycles by implementing repeatable CI/CD models and policy as code to automate the enforcement of dozens of quality gates in pipelines.✔️ Accelerated iteration releases at higher quality by leveraging AWS infrastructure as code to integrate with PCI on-premises infrastructure and automating deployment pipelines.✔️ Spearheaded the transition from TestComplete and ReadyAPI to open-source testing frameworks, designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.✔️ Researched, integrated, and trained teams to utilize tools to expedite higher quality releases including Jenkins, Sonarqube, Octopus Deploy, CircleCi, ArgoCD, Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes.✔️ Designed Dynatrace dashboards to visualize key merchant workflows, track deployment statistics and service-level objectives (SLOs) across software and infrastructure, and influence data-driven decisions for performance optimization.
