I am fortunate to have quality people around me at SUNY, those working each day with a strong drive and professional attitude. Working in an office with several business lines reporting to me, I encourage folks to communicate perpetually, especially in our current remote work setting. We manage capital plans, municipal bond deals, design and construction contract policy, property and space planning software, operations and maintenance software, etc. Our success depends on our ability to communicate with others, keeping our deadlines and goals in mind, and being humble enough to ask for help when needed.
