I am a seasoned trial attorney specializing in complex civil litigation. As Chair of Nutter’s Product Liability practice group, I focus on defending medical device and pharmaceutical companies in claims involving many fields of medical science, including orthopaedics, biomechanics, biomaterials, epidemiology, and pathology. Along with a national product liability practice, I draw upon my almost 30 years of practice in Massachusetts federal and state courts to deliver business solutions in a wide variety of commercial matters.
