With three decades of experience in the field of oncology, I am a seasoned leader and strategist in developing and delivering innovative therapies for patients with cancer. Grounded in clinical research in academia and US Pharma at Eli Lilly, I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of personalized medicine, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as novel immunoncology approaches, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and kinase inhibitors. As the Senior Vice President at Dragonfly Therapeutics, I am responsible for overseeing the global oncology portfolio of four clinical stage assets, with NK targeted antibodies and novel IL-12 and IL-2 cytokines and also driving the clinical development and regulatory strategy for multiple assets across different indications and stages.In my previous roles as the Senior Vice President and Head of Oncology Drug Development at Luzsana Biotechnology, I supervised a cross-functional and international team of experts and collaborated with external partners to accelerate the research and development of novel oncology products. I led the clinical development plans for four ADCs and a G12D inhibitor, and established the target product profiles and standard operating procedures for the oncology franchise.I have exceptional team building skills, corporate awareness and understand how to communicate the science of clinical development to investors, enterprise minded colleagues and regulators.
