Responsible for conducting complex analysis for support of finance, regulatory, engineering, forecasting, and demand-side management.With limited direction, perform complex analysis to identify interrelationships between variables, determine trends, and provide defensible results that may be used for sales and load forecasting, financial decisions, cost of service and regulatory pricing studies.Recommend and develop models, databases, systems, tools, and applications for analysis projects. Design and implement stratified/statistic samples for various customer classes.
