Developing the business to further strengthen our capability in delivering to "blue chip" manufacturing clients as well as opening up other sectors and opportunities across North Wales and the North of the UK.My role covers the whole construction process from finding the customer, through bidding for the work to managing the delivery of projects on site. Most of what we deliver is repeat business which is a massive strength of the company. Being customer focused is very important but our first objective is to do a great job. One of my specialities is design management and, because of this, I manage most of the larger D & B projects.

Responsible for bidding across the Northern region with continued responsibility for work in North Wales

Opened up a new area office for Kier to develop the business into North Wales. The geographical area extended to North Staffordshire, North Shropshire and Cheshire.
