I'm a senior at WashU majoring in Computer Science with interests in full-stack development, and I'm passionate about helping other low-income and underserved communities.I'm fortunate to be a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar and also receive support from QuestBridge and the Sunrise Scholars Foundation, who all made it possible for me to attend WashU. While studying there, I have been on the Advocacy Committee for Habitat for Humanity during my first semester, the Professional Development Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers and a member of the Google Developer Student Club working on LLEMR, an open source electronic medical record for free clinics. Recently, I founded the local chapter of ColorStack at WashU to bring community and resources to the Black, Latinx, and Native American CS population.I'm also fortunate enough to be a part of ColorStack and Management Leadership for Tomorrow, two organizations trying to increase the number of people of color in the computing/software engineering fields.
