Personally supervised the installation of many significant offshore structures and participated in development of some really big gadgets for drilling operations.Always on the lookout for applications for novel technology, moving with the times, solving Client problems and thinking out of the box in a practical engineered way. Helped ICON's amazing people build and evolve our Management and Project Delivery Systems. Helped develop and train lots of amazing talent.Not retiring just yet.
