Led private equity workouts and provided mentoring and strategic development guidance to a wide variety of profit and non-profit organizations.

Managed the western regional offices in San Diego and Los Angeles, CA for one of the most successful water infrastructure and privatization firms in the US. Overall responsibilities included the management and development of major regional water infrastructure projects. Projects included: world scale ocean desalination and major metropolitan water treatment and reclamation.

United Infrastructure Company (UIC) was a joint venture between Peter Kiewit Sons Inc. and Bechtel, the purpose of which was to develop, manage and invest in major public infrastructure throughout the US.Responsible for directing and managing major public/private infrastructure projects in the western US, including the establishment and subsequent management of Golden State Water Company, a joint venture involving American States Water Company.Kiewit Fuels, Inc. was a renewable energy development company created through the acquisition of Sunthetic Energy by Peter Kiewit Sons. After founding Sunthetic Energy, led the development of two renewable energy and petrochemical projects to produce clean fuel alternatives. At the time, this company was viewed as an early pioneer in the development of world scale renewable energy projects focused on “clean fuel” additives.
