Product Owner of Sawgrass Desktop for Citi Branded Cards. Working in Agile at Scale using LeSS with multiple Scrum Teams.

Trained as a Coach and implemented a coach approach to the multiple Leaders of our small groups. Led the church from 13 people to 200 attenders by creating structures for Small Groups, Children, and Sunday services. Supervised, enlisted, and motivated over 80 volunteers for Sunday services. Maintained alignment with the vision throughout the organization. Administrated the calendar, coordinated social media, and produced a weekly e-newsletter. Created artwork and digital media for CrossLife.

Led the organization of 20 in a mobile setting, into leasing/remodeling 2 buildings as we grew to 200 attenders over 4 years. Created a leadership/discipleship training track using coaching. Organized and supervised the children’s ministry - creating multiple groups and enlisting leaders for each group.

Managed a Team of paid and volunteer staff. Supervised and motivated over 400 volunteers weekly across the generational spectrum. Developed training for Leaders and potential leaders in adult, youth, and children areas.
