• Help to maintain pullman ovens on battery top by unblocking or replacing pipe work or flexible pipes• Unblocking or changing spindle liquor pipes • To change blocked flushing liquor bottles and pepper Potts• Cleaning oven moats and lids to keep ovens functioning correctly• Adhering to the works health and safety procedures• Supporting all aspects of the operations to ensure the shift team objectives and customer excellence is achieved

- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high degree of accuracy while taking orders and serving bar customers.- Provide snacks and food items to customers seated at the bar and increase customer satisfaction through positive feedback. In this job I would meet many different customers, some would be very important people and some would be your normally every day customers. I would do my best to make sure they all received the same high standards in service that was expected.My duties included providing a good service at the bar, preparing drinks for the customers who are at the bar and also, for the waitresses and waiters. I would have to clean the bar at the end of every shift to a certain standard. I would also have to cash up the till at the end of my shift making sure it balanced, then I would take the days takings to the cashier desk.

The experience I gained in this job was the ability to supervise and communicate with other members of staff. Their was quite a lot of responsibility involved as I was intrusted with the nightly takings from the bar I was assigned to , which I had to deliver to the office safe at the end of each night. I also believe I gained a lot of experience dealing with customers who were generally intoxicated and some times very abusive.My duties in this position included providing a good service at the bar, supervising the staff that would be assigned to me. I would also have to communicate with any floor staff or Managers about any issues during the night.I would check the till floats at the start of the night and I would also cash up at the end of the shift. I would have to make sure that the cleaning of the bar was done to a certain standard, by the staff working with me and myself. I also had to carry out nightly stock checks at the beginning and at the end of my shift
