In addition to this, I had to prevent, eliminate or reduce the consequences of this failures, creating appropriate maintenance strategies for the Off-Highway Trucks models 793B, 793C and 793D and Wheel Loader model 994F.All the above mentioned was realized with a software online called MCC (Monitor Condition Centralized), which involved eleven routines such as SOS Services (Fluid analysis raw data), Electronic Machine data (Vims and ECM data), Site Conditions (FPO study and fuel & oil consumption), Equipments Inspections (Operator inspections, technical inspections and Pre & Post PM inspection), Mayor Particles Inspections (Magnetic plugs & screen, Oil filter cutting, Patch test and ISO code), and Performance Test.Monthly, I had to generate reports, namely, Payload, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and analysis of fluids, which function was to inform the state of machineries not only by customers but also by company's senior manager. Simultaneously, I had some meeting with clients to improve the condition and performance indicators of the equipment, as well as, to have greater reliability.

As a result TA2 to provide insight into a machine’s general performance health.• Performed preventive maintenance, accordance at hours of equipment and check list specified for Caterpillar requirements.• Prepared pre- delivery of equipments of Caterpillar in order to make sure their sound performance onsite• Conducted root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions. All activities described before were applied in the following equipments: Hydraulic Excavator model 320C, 330C, 320D and 330D, Track-type Tractor model D9T, D10T and D10R, Motor Grader model 140M, 140H and 160H and Wheel Loaders model 962H, 962F and 988H. Additionally, electronic tools (ET, EMCD and ADVISOR) were used. Additionally, I rebuilt and repaired transmission, which are disassemble and inspected, worm or damage part are replaced, and then reassemble to factory specification. In addition to this, I applied two different models of transmission (Power Shift and Counter Shaft) in the following equipments: Off-Highway Trucks models 777D, 777F, 793B, 793C and 793D, truck-Type Tractor models D9T, D10T, D10R and D11R and Wheel Loaders model 962H, 988H and 994F.
