Su objetivo principal es entregar un servicio de limpieza efectiva e inspección de estos vitales componentes, utilizando un sistema de limpieza automático optimizando el recurso hídrico.

To verify the operational and technical conditions of the equipment/components inorder to extend their useful life and avoid premature failures, maximizing the use ofthe equipment.• To generate a solid relationship of collaboration with the client through the diagnosticsof variables associated with the component health with technical recommendations.• To execute activities contemplating the instructions received, referring to themanagement of SHEQ, and actively participate in the specific SHEQ activities thatcorrespond to the area.• Regularly interact with CAT engineers regarding process improvement andapplication for condition monitoring.• To participate in internal and external technical meetings.• To keep the platform updated to be able to have a correct interpretation of thevariables based on the hours of the component.• To optimize the analysis times, letting the system use its analytical module to work onthe most critical conditions that the team presents.

As a planning supervisor at Enel in the Gas Atacama power plant, this is a combined cycle power plant where my main functions are as follows: •Participation in the modification of the new SAP Structure which consists of giving a coded format, according to Enel standard, for the technical location of equipment, systems, and subsystems for the new representation of the power plant in the SAP system, is compatible with the other Centrals of the Group. •Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance according to annual maintenance planning and/or operational requirements to determine resources. •Plan and coordinate resources (parts, equipment, tools, and personnel) for the execution of maintenance plans. •Ensure and monitor the correct use of the SAP Maintenance System PM and PS. •Coordinate with the different areas for the correct execution of the plans and strategic decision making. •Development and daily monitoring of the maintenance schedule •Measurement of the efficiency of the maintenance system, main indicators, measurement of benefits •Make and manage technical specifications.

As Mechanical Engineer in the construction of 560 MW Combined Cycled Power Plant, its main installations have been constructed like as Fuel Gas pipeline, GTGs, STG, Metering station, Marine area, and BOP, where the main duties are following:• Management and control of contractor/sub-contractor.• Coordination with Owner about technical issues.• Perform mechanical technical inspections and quality control on-site such as Walk down of systems and sub-systems, RFI (Request for Inspection) on the plant, close punch item of each system.• Review documentation provided by EPC contractor such as procedures, specifications, MAR, protocols, QTP, etc.• Carry out official letters either replies or requests sent to EPC contractor.• Carry out weekly progress reports construction phase.• Perform monthly bill payment consultant engineering company.• Monitor fuel consumption (NG & DO) in the commissioning stage in the project.

My roles were as follows: • Lead staff in the diesel laboratory and field. • Improve and innovate with new technology and management system to the diesel laboratory. • Comply with preventive maintenance plans. • Sign and monitor oil samples, through the LubeSDE program. • Investigate and study high fuel consumption of the locomotive machine, and I find new strategies and solutions to reduce the fuel consume.

My roles were as follows:• Producing detailed 3d models and 2d drawings using Solidworks 2014.• Creating Hydraulic system parts in 2d and 3d models using Solidworks 2014. (Hydraulic Breaker).• Creating drawings from paper including creating schematics, and detailing installation manuals for clients.• Compilation of parts documentation and technical manuals.• Designing and documenting the building of hydraulic kits for earthmoving machinery.

My role was proactively detected state changes in the systems and components in order to estimate potential points of failures. In addition to this, I had to prevent, eliminate or reduce the consequences of this failures, creating appropriate maintenance strategies for the Off-Highway Trucks models 793B, 793C and 793D and Wheel Loader model 994F.All the above mentioned was realized with a software online called MCC (Monitor Condition Centralized), which involved eleven routines such as SOS Services (Fluid analysis raw data), Electronic Machine data (Vims and ECM data), Site Conditions (FPO study and fuel & oil consumption), Equipments Inspections (Operator inspections, technical inspections and Pre & Post PM inspection), Mayor Particles Inspections (Magnetic plugs & screen, Oil filter cutting, Patch test and ISO code), and Performance Test.Monthly, I had to generate reports, namely, Payload, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and analysis of fluids, which function was to inform the state of machineries not only by customers but also by company's senior manager. Simultaneously, I had some meeting with clients to improve the condition and performance indicators of the equipment, as well as, to have greater reliability.

My roles were as follow:•Lead staff in the workshop and field.•Ensure mechanical and electrical availability of heavy-duty equipment.•Sign and monitor oil samples, through, for SISOIL program.•Identify and prioritize security work regarding maintenance activities scheduled and monitor compliance planned activities to members team.•Issue management reports to ensure timely and relevant information to Mine Superintendency.•Run and maintenance plans operations, supporting and documenting the work management program MAXIMO.

My roles in the technical service area were as follow:• Realized TA1 (Technical Analysis Level 1), which was based on visual and operational observations of performance indicators. Inspections results are reported using inspection check lists and comments related to equipment performance.• Realized TA2 (Technical Analysis Level 2), which was a technical inspection, and it requires the use of specialized diagnostic tool and extensive knowledge to interpret test result. As a result TA2 to provide insight into a machine’s general performance health.• Performed preventive maintenance, accordance at hours of equipment and check list specified for Caterpillar requirements.• Prepared pre- delivery of equipments of Caterpillar in order to make sure their sound performance onsite• Conducted root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions. All activities described before were applied in the following equipments: Hydraulic Excavator model 320C, 330C, 320D and 330D, Track-type Tractor model D9T, D10T and D10R, Motor Grader model 140M, 140H and 160H and Wheel Loaders model 962H, 962F and 988H. Additionally, electronic tools (ET, EMCD and ADVISOR) were used. Additionally, I rebuilt and repaired transmission, which are disassemble and inspected, worm or damage part are replaced, and then reassemble to factory specification. In addition to this, I applied two different models of transmission (Power Shift and Counter Shaft) in the following equipments: Off-Highway Trucks models 777D, 777F, 793B, 793C and 793D, truck-Type Tractor models D9T, D10T, D10R and D11R and Wheel Loaders model 962H, 988H and 994F.

I learned different topics about caterpillar systems, such as Hydraulic basic, Metrology, Diesel engine, Technical literature, Mining Trucks, Track-Type Tractors, Hydraulic Excavator and more. Then the course continued in field when I went to overhaul workshop Caterpillar equipment mining in the Negra, Antofagasta Chile, where I learned by rebuilt a Truck 793 C.
