- Responsible for advanced troubleshooting and escalated management of client issues that are reported to the helpdesk- Developed custom SQL queries to review database transaction logs and deliver a more accurate and timely response to customer concerns- As a standard part of helpdesk escalation, I regularly perform customer-facing tasks including handling inbound and outbound telephone and email inquiries and delivering direct assistance to stakeholders- The role also involves regular communication with software developers and product managers, for the purpose of identifying areas of opportunity gathered during client feedback sessions, and testing/validating new program development and bug fixes in a Quality Assurance capacity
