I have been developing a new covering material for agriculture purpose from laboratory scale to semi-industrial. I led a team of three.

That was tech startup and I was selling a new product - a fire prevention system in the power grid. My tasks include: select target audience from the options proposed by the founders, construction of system of sales for each type of client, including the allocation of product values for each type of customer, and testing of the system in practice. in a nutshell it can be called the introduction of a new product to the market.
