Significant focus and experience in leadership organizational build and manufacturing cadence.

Accepted site leadership role of a facility set up for closure in 2007/2008, an eleven line facility in need of a significant physical and cultural infrastructure rebuild. Cultural focus included management team rebuild/replacement, associate trust rebuild, culture of quality and lean culture/TPM implementation. Facility focus included infrastructure rebuild and Asset Reliability focus.

Recruited by this Private equity owned company to assist in "turn around" of seven branded manufacturing facilities leveraging various continuous improvement methodologies. Focus areas included Operations, Maintenance, infrastructure capital, and the associated work practices and leadership styles.

Joined North America's largest manufacturer of private label fruit juices to implement a National Operations/Equipment Reliability Strategy. Completed an enterprise wide reliability assessment, assembled an organization and strategy designed to implement continuous improvement tactics based on results.

Led the Northeast Regional execution of National Asset Reliability Continuous Improvement Strategies for Kraft Foods Global focusing on implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts for 27 facilities inclusive of 19 focus plants. Management responsibilities included two direct reports and two indirect support roles.

Supported Biscuit Area Bakeries and Flour Mills with Plant Engineering Services in the U.S. and Canada, with direct responsibility for 7 facilities inclusive of 5 Bakeries and 2 Flour Mills. Key member of implementation team responsible for equipment reliability initiatives and site maintenance improvement plans.

Manufacturing responsibility for the Processing Area of the Buffalo, NY Milk-Bone Bakery, directing the activities of 1 Continuous Improvement Manager, 3 Production Supervisors, and 1 Commercialization Manager to ensure all Safety, Quality, Productivity, Sanitation, Customer Service, and Financial goals were achieved.
