Relocated back to the east coast and accepted a position with Plano-Coudon Construction which has exposed me to many different portfolio-expanding projects outside of healthcare, which I had done exclusively up until that point. Since I’ve been a part of PC, I’ve been a part of several challenging, successful, and rewarding projects including finishing a 14 story residence tower at Towson University, a short-duration renovation of a previously abandoned school into a beautiful Charter School, and a 5 phase renovation of the Village Square Building at the Oak Crest Senior Living Campus.

Made a seamless transition from carpenter and lead MRI shielder to project superintendent, overseeing a variety of hospital projects ranging from construction of an entire MRI suite to remodeling a fully functional emergency room. In addition to supervising all aspects of on-site construction as it pertains to quality of work, scheduling, and staying under budget, I also perform many project management duties including attending meetings, composing a job book, sending out bids, etc. I have been trained under the rigors of the California construction code and have had many of my jobs inspected by OSHPD. All of the jobs completed have led to repeat business with the facilities.
