Responsible for developing solutions in alignment with our Strategic Plan which improve the quality and safety of our campus while supporting growth in the Clinical, Academic and Scientific enterprise. Management of the design and implementation of all Capital Projects across the Institution. Partnering with our Departmental Leadership to recruit and cultivate Clinical and Research Faculty.

Manage the overall Infrastructure improvement program for the Institution. Serve as Project Director on various Clinical and Support Services projects. Including Pathology, Pharmacy, Dietary, Radiology, Public Safety etc. Joint Commission compliance. Environmental Heatlh and Safety compliance, Radiation Safety Security upgrades. Reaserch laboratory planning (Wet lab, Clinical Research). Project director for off campus ambulatory Medical Office buildings and Community Health centers. Organizational development of Capital Planning budget forecasting, document control, space database, contract administration.

Manage the Institutions Engineering and Infrastructure program. Responsible for the development of a comprehensive facility condition accessment. Prioritization of identified deficiencies based on risk to Life Safety, Operational Impacts and Life Cycle. Develop capital budget forecasts associated with all projects and support the procurement of required capital funding. Manage the Planning, Design, Construction and Commissioning of all Infrastructure projects.Project Director for In-Patient and Ambulatory projects with an emphasis in Pathology, Pharmacy, Enviromental Health and Safety (EH&S) and support services. Additional responsiblies include Campus Security systems upgrade and Radiation Safety system upgrades. Manage the delivery of off-site Medical Office buildings and Community Health centers. As the Director of Research Facilities Planning David is responsible for the Programming, design and delivery of a lagre portfolio of cellular and molecular biology wet laboratories. Working with our Harvard Medical School Research Faculty, we plan for new research programs and assist the departmental Chair with strategic Recruitment of scientists.

Responsible for the overall Program Management of all Facilities, Engineering and Research projects. Maintain the physical facility is a state of compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulation. Institution Master Planning to support network development. Actively participate in the Recruitment of Clinical and Research Faculty leadership. Manage space within the Institution to support growth. Real Estate Leasing and Acquisition cost, schedule and logistics. Emergency Preparedness for sever weather related operations.
